Sr. Program Manager, Department of Veterans Affairs. Provide senior Program Manager Support to the Health Administration Product Enhancements PMO providing PM controls and expertise to multiple VA IT major initiatives and programs.

 

Sr. Program Manager, Defense Security Service.  Provide Program Manager and Technical expertise to the DSS Test and Evaluation Branch in Test Lab design, build out and policy development.  Responsible for designing, implementing and managing a Enterprise Quality Assurance Program for the DSS Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).

Senior SETA.  Provide program management guidance and oversight to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) CIO for all matters supporting operations of the enterprise network for MDA.  Provide policy and implementation support to all IT requirements, new technology initiatives and business processes.  Provide PM support to new facility construction and infrastructure fit out.  Provide senior mission support to Aegis BMD Flight Missions at PMRF Kauai and other worldwide locations.

Program Manager.  Provide senior management support to the USDA Interoperability Lab consisting of a staff of 70 personnel and 9 subcontractors providing a full range of IT services to include: Configuration Management, Security, Testing, Tier III Help Desk and Integration.  Responsible for the successful execution of a $50M contract to include: Contracting Officer liaison, invoicing and budget expenditures, earned value management and contracts management.
